Testimonials
Afternoon Rita
Wanted to say Thank you for helping make our wedding day at Warwick House, Southam last Friday such an amazing experience.
Having you there looking beautiful and playing the harp made it extra special. All our family and friends were extremely impressed by your skills and how beautiful you played.
The music was very romantic and helped create the perfect atmosphere.
Thank you once again

Brian and i just wanted to drop you a quick mail to thank you so much
for the beautiful music you played during our wedding on the 22nd
March at Billesley Manor Hotel, everyone commented on how soothing it
was and really fitted the feel and ambiance of the day... i few people
asked if they could get a recording of the music played and they had
obviously picked up on some of the unusual music requested, i'm not
sure if this is something that you may do in the future and if you do
please do let me know.
Thanks again Rita, apologies for not being able to spend a great deal
of time with you on the day, but rest assured all your efforts did not
go unnoticed and you also looked beautiful, as my new husband pointed
out... cheeky devil!
With kind regards and all the best for the future and we very much
look forward to working with you again.

John Lantham review from Henley News:
At the end of another week of stressful news (banking crises, Andy Murray playing Wimbledon etc) two beautiful young musicians created an oasis of calm to soothe our battered brows - or, at least, the brows of those attending a Guild Hall recital on Saturday night by Rita Schindler (harp) and Dominika Feher.
The Hungarian youngsters, who met as students at the Birmingham Conservatoire, were playing to a most attentive audience to raise funds for the Guild Hall’s refurbishment fund. They played music composed for the harp between the 17th. and the 21st. Century. Many felt that our 15th. Century Hall warmed more to the sounds of the former rather than the latter.
Of the many emotions captured by the music none was more poignant than the piece by Marius Flothuis written while the Dutchman was being held in a Nazi Death camp in the Forties, more dramatic than the De Falla Spanish Dance No 1, more beautiful than the Prokofieff Harp Prelude or more stirring than the finale created by Saint-Seans’ “Fantaisie”.
The combination of the grand old lady which is the Guild Hall and the talented young ladies from Hungary was a heady cocktail which brought pleasure to all those who attended.
Well we've just got back form our honeymoon and just wanted to send a quick email to say thank you for the WONDERFUL music you played. It was so great to hear as i walked down the isle/signing the registrars book and how wonderful it was to be able to listen when we were in the courtyard...although brief for myself and Chris our guest's fully enjoyed and commented on how great you sound.
I must apologise for not being able to speak to you direct on the day...
I will be recommending you to anyone who is thinking of a harpist at any point.

Thank you so much for your wonderful playing yesterday, it really did make the day. I should have listened to you before I went into the ceremony and perhaps then would not have been so emotional. Good music always does that to me, and with the emotion of the occasion and never really quite got it together! I thought you looked wonderful and I hope I can pass on business to you in the future because you deserve to be very successful.

Just making contact to say that everyone was so pleased and impressed by your performance at my daughters wedding. As you were aware your performance was a secret from my daughter and son in law and when they arrived at the line up and saw that you were in attendance they were so delighted.
Once again I am so appreciative of your contribution to our daughters wedding day, it gave a further added quality to the occasion and memorable contribution.
Thank you for being part of my daughters wedding day, I wish you every success.
